How many times a week should I be training?
From our experience we find clients usually achieve the best results when they have between 1 and 3 personal training sessions per week depending upon your goals and current level.
Will my personal trainer help me train when I’m not with them?
Yes. Your personal trainer will empower you to not only train with them but also in between and after sessions without them.
How long will my training sessions last?
Personal Training sessions normally last 55 minutes but can be adapted to suit your needs.
What does a typical personal training session involve?
We generally have a cross training approach to fitness which integrates aerobic exercise, resistance training and stretching along with nutritional and dietary support. Each session is personally designed to your needs and goals.
